Do participants need an account or an app?

No. They open your link and respond in their browser. No account or download needed.

Can people respond on their phone?

Yes, for voice notes, text and multiple choice. Screen recording requires a desktop browser.

Can I mix different answer formats?

Yes. Use screen recordings, voice notes, text and multiple choice in the same study. Choose the format that suits each question.

How do AI follow-ups work?

When enabled, AI asks follow-up questions based on a participant's answer. You choose which questions use follow-ups, how many to allow and what you want to explore.

What counts as a response?

A response is one participant's submission to a study, not each individual answer. Answering several questions in one study counts as one response.

What happens after 100 responses?

Your plan includes 100 responses each month. Additional responses cost $5 per 10.

Do you find participants for me?

You bring the participants. Share your study link with customers, your email list or the people you want to hear from.

Can I use my own AI agent?
