Your agreement

Feedbaq is operated by OneAthlete ApS, a Danish company registered under CVR 44345668. Business address: Jordbærvænget 2, 2880 Bagsværd, Denmark. Contact: peter@feedbaq.to.

These terms apply to your use of Feedbaq’s website, accounts, study tools and integrations. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to them. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to agree on its behalf.

A separate written agreement or order with OneAthlete ApS takes priority where it expressly changes these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

Accounts and workspaces

Provide accurate account and billing information. Keep your sign-in access secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for the people and apps they authorise. Review permissions before inviting a member or connecting an AI app. You are responsible for actions taken through access you authorise.

Studies and participant data

You keep your rights in your questions, study materials and collected answers. You give OneAthlete ApS permission to host, process, transcribe and display that content as needed to provide Feedbaq and follow your instructions.

You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to collect and use the information in your studies. Give participants an appropriate notice, obtain consent where required, and handle their privacy requests. Take particular care with recordings, confidential information and sensitive personal data.

The organisation running a study controls its research purpose and use of answers. Feedbaq processes customer study data on its instructions. Contact peter@feedbaq.to to arrange data-processing terms where required; this page does not replace a data-processing agreement.

If you participate in a study, follow its organiser’s instructions and notice. Only record content you are allowed to share. Close private windows before a screen recording.

Plans and billing

Feedbaq’s standard plan is US$49 per month with 100 responses included, then US$5 per 10 additional responses. The price, applicable taxes and usage charges shown at checkout or in your order govern your purchase. Building and previewing a study are free.

Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Stripe processes subscriptions and payments. You authorise the subscription and usage charges described when you purchase.

A workspace owner or administrator can manage or cancel the subscription through the billing portal in workspace settings. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Cancelling a subscription and deleting a workspace are separate actions; review both before leaving.

For an incorrect charge, billing dispute or refund request, email peter@feedbaq.to with the invoice reference. Any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights, and any refund terms in your written order, continue to apply.

AI and connected apps

AI-generated questions, transcripts, labels and analysis may contain mistakes. Review them before relying on them or publishing a study. You remain responsible for your research choices.

When you connect ChatGPT or another app, you authorise the permissions shown during connection. The app may read workspace data or create, edit and publish studies within those permissions. Review its actions and the data you share. Third-party apps have their own terms and privacy policies.

Revoking a connection stops future authorised access. Copies already received by a third party must be managed with that party.

Acceptable use

Use Feedbaq lawfully. Do not access a workspace without permission, collect recordings without the required notice or consent, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the service or its security controls.

We may restrict access needed to address abuse, a security risk, non-payment or a legal requirement. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and how to resolve it. Contact peter@feedbaq.to if you think a restriction is mistaken.

Ending your use

You can stop using Feedbaq and cancel a paid subscription through its billing controls. Amounts already due remain payable. Export or save the information you need before deleting responses or a workspace.

Response deletion removes the response and its media from active storage when the operation succeeds. Workspace deletion and provider backup or media cleanup can follow different processes. The privacy policy explains retention and deletion; contact us for help with a complete deletion request.

Feedbaq may change as we maintain it. Service availability can be affected by maintenance, technical problems and third-party providers. Report problems through the Help center so we can investigate.

Law, changes and contact

Danish law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We will post updated terms here and give notice of material changes where required. Changes to an existing paid arrangement remain subject to its agreed terms and applicable law.
