What Claude can do with Feedbaq

• Build a study. Claude writes the questions and picks the format for each one: a voice answer, a narrated screen recording, typed text or a choice. It turns on AI follow-up questions, up to 3 per question, and writes the welcome and thank-you pages.
• Publish it. When you say so, Claude publishes the study and gives you the link to share. Publishing needs the plan.
• Read every answer. Claude reads the full responses, including the transcripts of voice and screen recordings, and quotes people with a link to the exact moment they said it.
• Compare versions. Every response records the version of the study it answered, so Claude can tell you whether a changed question got clearer answers.

Claude works in the workspace you choose, with your own role, so you decide who it reaches. Then you send the study link to the people whose answers you want.

A study from start to finish

Here is a churn study, from the first prompt to the findings.

1. Ask Claude for the study:

2. Claude creates the draft in Feedbaq and sends you the builder link.
3. Open the preview and answer the study yourself. You hear how it sounds and see the AI follow-up, for free.
4. Publish the study, or ask Claude to publish it, and send the link to the customers who cancelled.
